PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE TOWN OF HAYDEN
Eligibility
A candidate for the office of Mayor and Council must be:
- 18 years of age or older at the time of filing nomination papers;
- Qualified and registered voter of the Town of Hayden at the time of filing nomination papers;
- Resident of the Town of Hayden for one year preceding the election;
- A person convicted of a felony cannot serve as a Council Member until he or she has had his or her civil rights restored.

General Election November 03, 2026
Offices to be filled: One (1) Mayor seat- 2-year term
Two (2) Council Member Seats – 4-year term
One (1) Council Member Seat – 2-year term

First Day to File Candidate Packet: Monday, March 09, 2026

Candidate Packet Filling Deadline: Monday, April 6, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.

Voter Registration Deadline: Primary: July 06, 2026
General: October 05, 202
Location of the poll: (The poll will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.).
